On this occasion, HM the King expresses His warm congratulations and His wishes of prosperity to the French people.
“Morocco and France have an old and solid friendship. I am convinced that our excellent cooperation will remain a factor of progress for our two peoples and for the Euro-Mediterranean area”, writes the Sovereign in this message.
